Paving Stone Moulds
Block Mould designs and manufactures custom paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines. Each mould is developed according to the machine configuration, production board dimensions, dimensioned product drawing, required paving stone height and number of cavities.
Our product range includes standard paving stones, interlocking pavers, decorative models, 3D surface products and special concrete paving products. Accurate cavity geometry, controlled tamper shoe clearances and consistent concrete filling are important for reliable product dimensions, surface quality and stable production.
Before manufacturing, we evaluate the machine brand and exact model, production board size, product dimensions, interlocking geometry, surface design and required cavity arrangement. A dimensioned technical drawing is prepared and submitted for customer approval before production begins.
For special paving stone models, we can evaluate 3D surface details, replaceable components, heated tamper shoe systems and other custom mould solutions according to the machine structure and production requirements.
