BM PS M14 Curved Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M14 for industrial concrete block machines. The finished paving stone measures 153 mm in width and 224 mm in length. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Concave and Convex Edge Geometry
The outline combines two opposing concave edges with two opposing convex edges. The profile narrows through the centre and widens towards the ends, creating its distinctive shape. A chamfer around the upper surface follows the curved perimeter.
The mould drawing defines the inner and outer curve radii, centre width, corner transitions and chamfer dimensions. These details are evaluated together with the fit between adjacent stones and the intended joint spacing. Mould cavities and tamper shoes follow the approved product profile.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
The curved outline is considered when determining cavity orientation and spacing across the production board. Output per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected paving stone height.
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the specific machine. Working clearances are considered for concrete filling, compaction and vertical product release.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, curved profile, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
