Block Mould manufactures custom pearl-shaped interlocking paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines.

The pearl-shaped paving stone has finished dimensions of 253 × 298 mm. The required product height may be selected according to the intended application, machine capacity and project requirements.

Its rounded upper profile and curved recessed section create a distinctive interlocking geometry. This shape allows adjacent paving stones to form decorative and repeating surface patterns while supporting stable installation.

The product can be manufactured in different colours and used in pedestrian areas, landscaping projects, public spaces, courtyards, walkways, parking areas and other decorative paved surfaces.

Suitability for pedestrian or vehicle traffic areas should be evaluated according to the selected product height, pavement design, ground preparation and local technical requirements.

Before manufacturing, we prepare a dimensioned technical drawing showing the product dimensions and mould cavity arrangement. Production begins after the drawing and technical specifications are checked and approved by the customer.

Product weight, the number of pieces required per square metre and actual surface coverage may vary according to product height, concrete density, joint spacing and the selected laying pattern.
