BM PS M13 Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M13 for industrial concrete block machines. The finished paving stone measures 260 mm in width and 300 mm in length. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Curved Profile and Edge Details
This model combines a convex rounded end with a concave recess at the opposite end. Long side edges and a chamfer around the upper surface complete its distinctive outline.
The mould drawing defines the curve radii, recess depth, transition points and chamfer dimensions. The fit between adjacent paving stones and the intended joint spacing are evaluated using the dimensioned product drawing. Mould cavities and tamper shoes are prepared to match the approved profile.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
The rounded end and opposing recess are considered when determining cavity orientation and spacing across the production board. Output per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected paving stone height.
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the specific machine. Working clearances are considered for concrete filling, compaction and vertical product release.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the product dimensions, curved profile, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
