BM PS M20 Daisy-Shaped Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M20 for industrial concrete block machines. The finished paving stone measures 260 mm in width and 276 mm in length. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Daisy Profile and Curved Edge Details
Alternating convex projections and concave recesses form the stone's decorative outline. The transition points between these curves define the profile, while a chamfer around the upper surface follows the undulating perimeter.
The mould drawing specifies curve radii, projection widths, recess depths and transition points. Edge fit and joint spacing between adjacent stones are evaluated using the dimensioned product drawing. Mould cavities and tamper shoes follow the approved profile and chamfer details.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
The space occupied by the curved outline is considered when determining cavity orientation and spacing across the production board. Output per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected paving stone height.
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the specific machine. Concrete filling into the projecting sections, compaction and working clearances for vertical product release are considered during design.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, curved edges, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
