Block Mould manufactures custom daisy-shaped interlocking paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines.
The BM PS M20 daisy paving stone has finished dimensions of 260 × 276 mm and is generally produced in 60 mm or 80 mm heights. Different product heights may also be evaluated according to the intended application, machine capacity and project requirements.
Its flower-inspired curved geometry allows adjacent paving stones to fit together and creates decorative, repeating surface patterns. The product can be manufactured in different colours and used in pedestrian areas, landscaping projects, public spaces, courtyards, walkways, parking areas and other paved surfaces.
Each mould is designed according to the customer’s:
- * Machine brand and exact model
- * Production board dimensions
- * Required paving stone height
- * Number of mould cavities
- * Product geometry and joint requirements
- * Selected laying pattern
- * Concrete filling and production conditions
Before manufacturing, we prepare a dimensioned technical drawing showing the product dimensions and mould cavity arrangement. Production begins after the drawing and technical specifications are checked and approved by the customer.
Approximately 12 paving stones are required per square metre. Product weight and actual surface coverage may vary according to product height, concrete density, joint spacing and production conditions.
