Block Mould manufactures custom diamond-shaped paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines.
The diamond-shaped paving stone, also geometrically described as a rhombus paving stone, has finished dimensions of 168 × 168 mm. The required product height may be selected according to the intended application, machine capacity and project requirements.
Its symmetrical angled geometry allows regular, diagonal and repeating paving patterns to be created. The product can be used individually or combined with different colours and laying directions to form decorative geometric surfaces.
This paving stone model is suitable for pedestrian areas, landscaping projects, public spaces, courtyards, walkways, terraces and other decorative paved surfaces. Use in vehicle traffic areas should be evaluated according to product height, pavement design, ground preparation and local technical requirements.

Before manufacturing, we prepare a dimensioned technical drawing showing the product dimensions and mould cavity arrangement. Production begins after the drawing and technical specifications are checked and approved by the customer.
Product weight, the number of pieces required per square metre and actual surface coverage may vary according to product height, concrete density, joint spacing and the selected laying pattern.
