BM PS M8 Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures steel paving stone moulds for producing the BM PS M8 on industrial concrete block machines. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. The paving stone measures 135 mm in width and 198 mm in length. Moulds are prepared for 60 or 80 mm product heights, with 100 and 110 mm options available on request.
Product Geometry and Laying Patterns
The narrow centre, wider ends and side recesses define this model’s outline. Perimeter chamfers and side spacer projections are specified in the product drawing.
BM PS M8 pavers can be laid on their own in a repeating pattern or combined with compatible octagonal, square and other complementary pavers. For combined layouts, adjoining profiles, product heights and joint spacing are reviewed against the intended pattern.
The centre width, end dimensions and internal corner transitions are considered together when designing the mould cavities and tamper shoes to reproduce the approved profile and surface details.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
Product orientation and cavity spacing account for the wider ends. Output per cycle is determined alongside the production board dimensions, machine working area and mould mounting details.
The selected product height defines the mould working height and tamper configuration. Working clearances are evaluated for concrete filling, compaction and vertical product release.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, the drawing showing product dimensions, profile, chamfers, spacers and cavity layout is submitted for customer approval. Materials and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
Send your machine brand and exact model, production board dimensions, required product height, output per cycle and dimensioned product drawing. Include photographs of your existing mould and machine. For combined paving layouts, also share an image of the intended pattern.
