Block Mould designs and manufactures custom concrete product moulds for block, paver and concrete product machines. Our mould range includes hollow blocks, masonry blocks, ceiling and hourdi blocks, paving stones, interlocking pavers, kerbstones, grass pavers, slabs, retaining wall blocks, drainage products and other special concrete products.
Each mould project is evaluated according to the customer’s machine brand and model, production board dimensions, product drawing, required product height, cavity arrangement and production conditions. These technical parameters are reviewed before the mould design is prepared.
Building Block Moulds
We manufacture moulds for hollow blocks, masonry blocks, ceiling blocks, hourdi blocks and other concrete building products. Product dimensions, wall thicknesses, cavity geometry, production board dimensions and machine requirements are considered during the design process.
For replacement moulds or new product projects, customers can provide a dimensioned product drawing, photographs of the existing mould and the exact machine model for technical evaluation.
Paving, Kerbstone and Landscaping Moulds
Our product range includes paving stone moulds, interlocking paver moulds, kerbstone and curbstone moulds, grass paver moulds, rain gutter moulds and slab moulds.
The mould design is prepared according to the required product geometry, surface design, product height, cavity arrangement and machine configuration. Special surface and product designs can also be evaluated as custom mould projects.
Retaining Wall, Drainage and Special Product Moulds
We develop custom mould solutions for retaining wall blocks, drainage products, concrete pipe components and other special concrete products.
Projects with non-standard product geometry, movable components, special surface requirements or additional mechanisms are evaluated individually according to the machine and production requirements.

Designed Around Your Concrete Product Machine
Concrete block and paver machines may have different connection systems, production board sizes, working heights, filling arrangements, tamper head structures and operating clearances. For this reason, a mould should not be selected only according to the final product dimensions.
Before preparing the mould design, we evaluate the exact machine model, production board dimensions, mould connection details, required product height and available working clearances. Where necessary, photographs or measurements of the existing mould and machine can also be reviewed.
Information Required for a Mould Quotation
To prepare an accurate technical evaluation and quotation, please provide:
- Machine brand and exact model
- Production board dimensions
- Dimensioned product drawing
- Required product height
- Required number of cavities
- Details of any special surface or mechanism
- Photographs of the machine or existing mould when necessary
- Production capacity or project requirements where relevant
If a technical drawing is not available, clear photographs and product measurements can also be submitted for preliminary evaluation.
Technical Evaluation and Mould Design Process
After receiving the project information, our technical team reviews the machine requirements, product geometry, cavity arrangement and manufacturing scope.
The mould design is prepared according to the confirmed project information. Where applicable, technical drawings are submitted for customer review and approval before manufacturing.
Mould Repair, Modification and Existing Machine Projects
In addition to new mould production, Block Mould evaluates projects involving existing moulds, product changes and machine-specific modifications.
