Hexagonal Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M4 as a steel hexagonal paving stone mould for industrial concrete block machines. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. The specified paving stone dimensions are 198 × 198 mm. The mould can be prepared for 60 and 80 mm product heights, with 100 and 110 mm options available on request. The required height is agreed when ordering.
Hexagonal Profile and Edge Details
This model features a six-sided outline, a flat upper surface and chamfered edges. The positions and dimensions of the side spacer projections are defined in the product drawing.
Side lengths, corner angles and chamfer dimensions are reviewed together with the complete outline. The mould cavities and tamper shoes follow this geometry, with working clearances considered for concrete compaction and vertical product release.
Mould Layout for Your Machine
For this hexagon paver mould, product orientation and spacing between cavities are evaluated alongside the production board dimensions. The number of paving stones produced per cycle is determined according to the machine’s working area, board size and mould mounting details.
The selected product height is used to define the mould working height and tamper assembly configuration.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the product dimensions, hexagonal profile, chamfers, side projections and cavity arrangement is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
