BM PS M12 Decorative Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M12 for industrial concrete block machines. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. The paving stone measures 117 mm in width and 240 mm in length. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Super Decor Profile and Surface Details
The Super Decor design combines an octagonal section with a decorative section featuring recessed sides. Surface lines and chamfered edges define the pattern visible when the paving stones are laid.
The mould drawing specifies the complete outline, narrow transitions, corner geometry, chamfers and side spacers. Tamper shoe profiles are prepared to match the agreed upper surface geometry.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the customer's concrete block machine. The projecting and recessed sections of the stone are considered when determining cavity orientation and placement across the production board.
The number of paving stones produced per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected product height. Working clearances are considered for concrete filling, compaction and vertical product release.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, surface details, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
