98 × 98 mm Square Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures steel moulds for producing the BM PS M10 paving stone on industrial concrete block machines. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. The paving stone measures 98 × 98 mm. Moulds are prepared for 60 or 80 mm product heights, with 100 and 110 mm options available on request.
Square Profile and Edge Details
This model features a square upper surface, perimeter chamfers and side spacer projections. Chamfer width, corner transitions and spacer positions are defined in the dimensioned product drawing.
Paver dimensions, spacer projections and intended joint spacing are considered together when reviewing the laying pattern. For combinations with other shapes, dimensional compatibility is checked against the layout drawing.
Mould cavities and tamper shoes reproduce the square profile and upper surface details. Concrete filling at the corners, compaction and working clearances for vertical product release are considered during design.
Machine-Specific Cavity Layout
Rows of 98 × 98 mm paving stones and spacing between cavities are planned around the usable production board area. Output per cycle is determined alongside the machine working area, mould connections and tamper assembly configuration.
The selected product height defines the required mould working height and tamper shoe arrangement. The final layout is prepared for the customer’s machine and production requirements.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing product dimensions, chamfers, side spacers and cavity arrangement is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
