BM PS M15 Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M15 for industrial concrete block machines. The finished paving stone measures 182 mm in width and 195 mm in length. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Three-Part Curved Profile
The outline consists of three convex sections separated by three concave transitions. A chamfer around the upper surface follows the curved perimeter. Side spacer details are also defined in the product drawing.
Curve radii, narrow transitions, corner junctions and chamfer dimensions are evaluated together during mould design. Edge fit and joint spacing are checked against the dimensioned drawing for the intended laying arrangement. Tamper shoes are prepared to match the approved upper surface geometry.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
The three-part profile is considered when determining cavity orientation and spacing across the production board. Output per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected paving stone height.
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the specific machine. Concrete filling into the curved sections, compaction and working clearances for vertical product release are considered during design.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, profile, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
