Rectangular Paving Stone Mould — 98 × 198 mm
Block Mould manufactures custom steel rectangular paver moulds for industrial concrete block machines. This model produces concrete paving stones measuring 98 × 198 mm, with a specified height of 60 or 80 mm. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are available according to your preferences and production requirements.
Flat Surface, Chamfers and Side Projections
The paver has a flat rectangular top, chamfered edges and projections along its sides. The product drawing defines the body dimensions, chamfer widths, corner transitions and the position of each projection.
Projection depth and height are included in the perimeter geometry. For reproducing an existing paving stone, a dimensioned drawing and close-up photographs help capture these details accurately.
Mould Cavity and Tamper Design
The cavity walls form the rectangular body and side projections. The mould and tamper details are prepared to reproduce the approved top surface and edge chamfers.
The selected 60 or 80 mm product height is incorporated into the mould box and tamper assembly. Concrete filling, corner compaction and working clearances for product release are considered together during design.
Machine Layout and Drawing Approval
Cavity count and arrangement are determined according to the machine model and usable production board area. The layout accounts for side projections and the required spacing between cavities. Mounting details are prepared for your machine.
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, edge details and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Final material and mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
