Custom H-Type Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures custom steel H-type interlocking paving stone moulds for industrial concrete block machines. The illustrated paver measures 163 × 198 mm, with product height options of 60, 80 and 100 mm. The required height is specified when ordering the mould.
H-Shaped Profile and Edge Details
This model's recessed sides and projecting sections form its distinctive interlocking outline. The complete profile—not just the overall length and width—is defined in the approved paving stone drawing.
Corner geometry, chamfers and any specified spacer features are reviewed together with the intended joint spacing. When reproducing an existing paving stone, a dimensioned drawing and clear photographs help identify the details that must be retained.
The mould cavity and tamper shoe profiles are developed around this geometry, with working clearances considered for concrete compaction and vertical product release.
Mould Layout for Your Machine
The number and orientation of paving stones produced per cycle depend on the production board dimensions and machine configuration. Cavity spacing, mould mounting details and the tamper assembly must therefore be checked for the specific installation.
Product height is also considered when defining mould depth and the required tamper configuration. A mould for this H-type outline is prepared according to the agreed machine and production requirements.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, the technical drawing is submitted for approval of the paving stone dimensions, height, edge details and cavity arrangement. Material options and the final mould specification are confirmed during the quotation process.
Send your machine brand and exact model, production board dimensions, required paving stone height and product drawing to request a quotation. For replacement moulds, include photographs of the existing paver, mould box and tamper assembly.
