238 × 258 mm Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures steel moulds for producing the BM PS M6 paving stone on industrial concrete block machines. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. The paving stone measures 238 mm in width and 258 mm in length. Moulds are prepared for 60 or 80 mm product heights, with 100 and 110 mm options available on request.
Profiled Edges and Corner Transitions
This model combines a flat upper surface with an outline featuring straight sections, curved transitions and angled corners. Recesses, projections and perimeter chamfers define its distinctive profile.
The positions and radii of these transitions, together with the side spacer projections, are defined in the product drawing. Mould cavities form the external profile, while tamper shoes reproduce the upper surface and chamfer details. Working clearances are evaluated for concrete compaction and vertical product release.
Machine-Specific Cavity Layout
Product orientation and spacing between cavities are determined with the profiled outline in mind. The number of paving stones produced per cycle is evaluated alongside the machine working area, production board dimensions and mould mounting configuration.
The selected product height determines the required mould working height and tamper assembly configuration. Machine connection details are prepared as part of this layout.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the product dimensions, edge profile, chamfers, spacer projections and cavity arrangement is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
For a quotation, send your machine brand and exact model, production board dimensions, required product height, number of products per cycle and dimensioned product drawing. Include photographs of your existing mould and machine.
