Wave-Shaped Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M3 as a custom steel wave paver mould for industrial concrete block machines. This model produces wave-shaped interlocking concrete paving stones measuring 124 mm wide and 238 mm long, with a specified height of 60 or 80 mm. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are available according to customer preferences and production requirements.
Curved Edges and Profile Transitions
The perimeter consists of alternating concave and convex curves. Chamfers around the flat top surface follow this wave-shaped outline.
Curve radii, transition points and chamfer widths are defined in the mould drawing. The complete perimeter geometry is dimensioned to reproduce the profile accurately. For an existing paver, a product drawing and close-up photographs help establish these details.
Mould Cavity and Tamper Surface
The cavity walls form the product's curved outline. The tamper shoe and chamfer-forming details are designed around the approved profile.
Concrete filling around curved transitions, compaction and product release are evaluated together. The selected product height is incorporated into the mould box and tamper assembly design.
Machine Layout and Technical Approval
Cavity orientation, count and spacing are determined according to the curved perimeter, usable production board area and machine model. Mounting details are prepared for the customer's machine.
A technical drawing showing product dimensions, curve and chamfer details, and mould layout is submitted for customer approval before manufacturing. Final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
