BM PS M19 Cloverleaf Interlocking Paving Stone Mould
Block Mould manufactures the BM PS M19 for industrial concrete block machines. The finished paving stone measures 163 mm in both width and length. Steel and wear-resistant material options are selected according to customer preferences and production requirements. Product heights of 60 and 80 mm are available, while 100 and 110 mm configurations are prepared on request following a review of machine suitability.
Concave Edges and Corner Details
The cloverleaf outline combines four concave edges with angular corner sections. A chamfer around the upper surface follows this recessed profile. Side spacers are also defined in the product drawing.
Concave edge radii, recess depths, corner widths and chamfer dimensions are evaluated together during mould design. The fit between adjacent stones and joint spacing are checked for the intended laying arrangement. Mould cavities and tamper shoes follow the approved profile and surface details.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
Alongside the equal width and length, the recessed edges and projecting corners influence cavity placement. Cavity orientation and spacing are arranged around the usable production board area. Output per cycle depends on board dimensions, available machine working space and the selected paving stone height.
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are configured for the specific machine. Concrete filling into the corner sections, compaction and working clearances for vertical product release are considered during design.
Technical Approval and Quotation
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the paving stone dimensions, edge geometry, height and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Material selection and final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation.
