Custom Steel Mould for 750 mm Kerbstones
Block Mould manufactures the BM KS M1 75cm as a custom steel kerbstone mould for industrial concrete block machines. The finished kerbstone measures 750 mm in length, with a cross-section 300 mm high, 120 mm wide at the top and 150 mm wide at the base.
Kerbstone Profile and Design Details
The product has a straight back and a sloping front face that narrows towards the top. The lower straight section of the front face is 150 mm high.
This cross-section, the 750 mm product length and the end faces are considered together when designing the mould. The front face angle, profile transition point and any requested chamfers are defined in the dimensioned technical drawing.
Machine-Specific Mould Configuration
The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are prepared according to the customer’s concrete block machine. The number and arrangement of production cavities are determined by evaluating the machine model, production board dimensions and required output per cycle.
Working clearances for concrete filling, compaction and product release are considered in the mould design. Material options and the final technical specifications are confirmed during quotation.
Technical Drawing Approval
Before manufacturing, a technical drawing showing the kerbstone dimensions, cross-section and mould layout is submitted for customer approval. Manufacturing follows the approved drawing and technical specifications.
