Custom Concrete Drainage Channel Mould — 200 × 400 mm
Block Mould manufactures the BM RS M1 as a custom steel mould for producing concrete drainage channel blocks on industrial concrete block machines. The finished product measures 200 mm wide and 400 mm long. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are available according to customer preferences and production requirements.
Concave Surface and Channel Profile
This model features a curved upper surface that slopes down from the edges towards the centre. Channel depth, curvature and edge transitions are defined alongside the external dimensions in the mould design.
The tamper shoe's contact surface is shaped to form the approved channel profile. The concrete thickness beneath the channel and the overall product height are evaluated together in the dimensioned cross-section drawing. When reproducing an existing product, cross-section measurements and clear photographs help establish the required surface shape.
Machine-Specific Mould Layout
Cavity count and arrangement are determined using the 200 × 400 mm product dimensions, usable production board area and machine model. The mould box, tamper assembly and mounting details are prepared for the customer's machine.
Working clearances for concrete filling, compaction of the curved surface and product release are evaluated during design.
Technical Drawing Approval and Quotation
A technical drawing showing the external dimensions, channel cross-section and mould layout is submitted for customer approval before manufacturing. Final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation. Manufacturing follows the approved drawing and specifications.
