Custom Steel Mould for 198 × 198 mm Grass Pavers
Block Mould manufactures the BM GS M7 as a custom steel mould for producing concrete grass pavers on industrial concrete block machines. The specified product dimensions are 198 mm wide, 198 mm long and 80 mm high. Different steel and wear-resistant material options are available according to customer preferences and production requirements.
Square Top and Side Projections
This model features a solid square top and projections extending from its sides. Their positions, widths and heights, together with the recesses between them, define the mould cavity perimeter.
Top edge transitions and side profiles are defined together in the dimensioned product drawing. The drawing identifies the reference boundaries for the 198 × 198 mm dimensions and the overall dimensions including projections, allowing the layout to account for the complete profile.
Mould Cavity and Tamper Assembly
The cavity sidewalls form the product's projections and recesses. The tamper shoe contact surface is designed around the approved top geometry.
Concrete filling into the side projection areas, compaction and product release are evaluated during design. The 80 mm product height is incorporated into the mould box and tamper assembly.
Machine Layout and Technical Approval
Cavity count and spacing depend on the full product profile, usable production board area and machine model. Mounting details are prepared for the customer's machine.
A technical drawing showing product geometry and mould layout is submitted for customer approval before manufacturing. Final mould specifications are confirmed during quotation, and manufacturing follows the approved drawing.
