Steels we use for making concrete block mold

We use hardox 500 / on the outer body and male mold plates, and strenx® 700 e / f, quality steel in the halls.
Monoblock body is manufactured in interlocking stones and paving stone molds. The female mold is manufactured in one piece without welding.
As standard
We use din 1.0503 / aisi - sae 1045 / en c45 grade steel.
This steel is suitable for both machining and hardening. In addition, the risk of cracking and deformation against the vibration effect is low.
How do we manufacture concrete block molds?
Steel construction molds such as hollow block molds, ceiling block molds, moule parpa, moule hourdi are designed according to the machine of our customer and the desired model and then their technical drawings are prepared.
Necessary parts are cut in CNC steel cutting machines according to the manufacturing drawings. The cut parts are mounted to each other in desired sizes on our 3d mold assembly table after physical controls and necessary corrections are made.
The upper and lower molds are welded in the welding section without any errors.
Molds with milling processes are brought to the desired sizes in machining.
Male plates and feet are also mounted in place and the mold is finished. At the last stage, our mold is run on the test device.
The molds that pass the test are sent to the paint shop and thus the production is completed.
How do we manufacture interlock stones and paving stone molds?
We prepare mold manufacturing technical drawings according to the Interlock stone and paving stone model and according to the connection sizes of your machine.
The parts processed in the CNC machining
center are hardened.
The male mold is mounted in desired sizes and
welded, and then it is milled according to the connection sizes.
All parts are assembled. They undergo error correction and control in the test apparatus. Protective paint is applied to them without error and they become ready for shipment.
