CEM BLOCK - HOTSHOE

CEM Blok is a company operating in Colombia. They make really beautiful and different architectural structures. They use quality products in their work. Mr. Luis is the corporate director of CEM BLOK Company. Mr. Luis wanted to buy 5 concrete block molds. They chose 2 hollow concrete block molds and 3 parquet mold models. They wanted to use a new technology in cobblestone patterns. They were able to make higher quality products using hot shoe technology. Prevents sticking during hot shoe pressing. It makes the desired stone surfaces much better. It is a rational solution to use tamper shoe heater in detailed surface productions. He didn't want it because they have a heated shoe electrical control unit. We determined the technical specifications of the molds to be made and designed all the concrete block molds. We have prepared the necessary technical drawings for manufacturing. Mr. Luis checked and approved the technical dimensions. He works very meticulously. Our lead time for the job was about 70 days. We sent photos during production. They were waiting impatiently for the mold to be ready. After 80 days the mold was ready. We sent and sent the mold. Concrete block mold reached CEM BLOK Company in COLOMBIA after about 35 days. They connected it to the machine and started production. They have not had any problems and are very satisfied. Mr. Luis sent the working video of the machine. It is very enjoyable to watch our block mold in action. They said they liked our model very much, thanked them.
