Ceiling Block Mold

Ceiling Block (hourdi) is used in ceiling construction in buildings. It is the name given to the filling material to keep the ceiling placed between the floors more smoothly. It is categorized under two main headings as with and without ears. In short, this can be called filling material. Ceiling Block molds (hourdi) are custom made products. Ceiling Block block molds are specially designed according to the dimensions of the desired product. In addition to the outer dimensions, the wall thickness of the interior is also important. Advantages of Hollow Ceiling Block Flooring Hollow concrete block laying system It is more preferred because of obtaining a smooth surface. Similarly, hollow floor slabs are frequently preferred in cantilever structures, as the frame beams where the columns are connected to each other coincide with the middle of the living spaces. Hollow concrete block Ceiling floor trim advantages It provides a flat ceiling. Mold and labor costs are very low. It can provide sound and heat insulation. It is easy to create spaces in hollow blocks. The cost is low because the plaster and paint sections are few. They are healthy. There are no indentations / protrusions that could catch dust. For most of the teeth in the slab formwork plan, it is sufficient to calculate with a single drawing. Disadvantages of Hollow Flooring The most important disadvantage of filled floors is their low performance under earthquake effect. Hollow beams / inclined beams / pillow beams, which are shorter in height than deep beams used in floor slabs, are weaker in many respects. Flooring floors are generally 12-15 cm high and filling floors are 30-40 cm high. This difference in height means the loss from ground height. More rebar / reinforcement is required due to the joist beams that divide the hollow floor slabs and increases the construction cost. Depending on the filling material used, a heavier flooring and therefore a structure may occur. Hollow concrete block floor disadvantages Hollow concrete block floor slabs are heavy. This means more load. Overload means more risk in earthquakes. Block cost is high. Even if the building does not collapse as a result of the earthquake, the fall of the filling floors can cause death. It is not recommended for use in earthquake areas.
