Our sales representatives have knowledge about block molds. They guide their customers in getting the right product. They keep in touch with their customers during and after sales. They follow customer satisfaction step by step. If there is dissatisfaction, they find the reason and provide a solution.
Our sales representatives receive maximum a profit of 5% from their sales. For example, if they sell      concrete block mold for $5,000, they will have a $250 commission at the end of the work. This is the progress payment amount that 100% successful sales representatives will receive.
How to be a 100% successful sales representative?
1- Has the order been taken completely?
2- Has the order completed in a short time without tiring the customer?
3- Did he or she follow up the production phase and share it with the customer?
4- Did he or she provide  the necessary information to the customer during the delivery and transportation phase? Did he or she provide needed help in finding shipping?
5- Has he followed the shipping process? Have the possible situations been notified to the customer?
6- Did he or she communicate with the customer during delivery?
7- When the customer inserted the mold into the machine and made trial production, did he or she get information with photos and videos?
8- Has he or she  given timely and satisfactory answers to all customer questions?
If the answer to all the above questions is yes, the sales representative receives a full commission from this sale.

The sales representative determines the product on our website according to the request of the customer who wants concrete block mold and creates the pro forma invoice according to the desired capacity. The sales representative talks with his or her client on this proforma. When the customer agrees to receive the product and sends the advance payment, he or she  sends the pro forma created to our company by email. Thus, the order is opened on its behalf.
