Block Mould manufactures custom H-type interlocking paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines.

This paving stone model has finished dimensions of 163 × 198 mm. Standard product heights are generally 60 mm and 80 mm. For heavy-duty roads and areas exposed to high vehicle loads, the paving stone can also be produced in 100 mm or 110 mm heights, depending on project requirements.

Approximately 36 paving stones are required per square metre. The unit weight shown in the technical specifications is approximately 5 kg for the standard version and may vary according to product height, concrete density and production conditions.

The interlocking geometry helps the paving stones connect securely and supports stable surface installation. The 60 mm version is generally suitable for pedestrian and landscaping areas. The 80 mm version is commonly preferred for vehicle traffic areas, while 100 mm and 110 mm versions may be used for heavy-load applications, subject to the project design and local technical requirements.

Each mould is designed according to the customer’s machine model, production board dimensions, required product height, number of cavities and production specifications.
