Rectangular Paving Stone Mould – 98 × 198 mm

Block Mould manufactures custom rectangular paving stone moulds for different brands and models of concrete block machines.

This paving stone model has finished dimensions of 98 × 198 mm and is generally produced in 60 mm or 80 mm heights. The 60 mm version is commonly preferred for pedestrian walkways, landscaping areas and light-use surfaces, while the 80 mm version may be used in areas exposed to vehicle traffic, subject to the pavement design and local project requirements.

Its simple rectangular geometry supports fast installation and allows different laying patterns to be created. The product can be used individually or combined with different colours to form decorative paving surfaces.

Each mould is designed according to the customer’s machine model, production board dimensions, required product height, number of cavities and production conditions.

Before manufacturing, we prepare a dimensioned technical drawing showing the product dimensions and mould cavity arrangement. Production begins after the drawing is checked and approved by the customer.
