1) Scope and Controller

2) Data We Collect
Identity & contact: name, title, company, phone (WhatsApp), email, country/city.
Message contents: text, images, videos, files you send via WhatsApp, and message IDs.
Technical & logs: IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, error and event logs.
Sales & support: inquiries/quotes, product preferences, orders, delivery/service data, invoicing (where applicable).
Data is obtained from your submissions, WhatsApp Cloud API notifications, and our system logs.
3) Purposes & Legal Bases
Communication & quotes (KVKK 5/2-c, 5/2-f GDPR 6/1-b, 6/1-f).
Customer support including installation, maintenance and training (KVKK 5/2-e GDPR 6/1-b, 6/1-f).

4) Automation with n8n
Messages from WhatsApp may be subject to automated rules in n8n (e.g., classification, routing, notifications) strictly for the purposes above. Automation operates under human oversight we do not take decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means without your explicit consent.
5) Disclosures & Recipients
Service providers: hosting, security, logging and messaging vendors (e.g., Meta Platforms for WhatsApp Cloud API n8n hosting provider email/cloud services).
Affiliates/partners: distributors, logistics and service providers (only as necessary).
Authorities: where legally required.
Data may be transferred outside the EU appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) will be applied.
6) Retention
Operational/support records: up to 24 months (or a shorter/longer reasonable period as needed).
Commercial/accounting records: 5–10 years as required by law.
After retention, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7) Security
We protect data using HTTPS, access controls, encryption where feasible, logging and regular backups. No system is 100% secure please notify us if you detect any issue.

Under KVKK and GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object where based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
