Company manager Mr. LOPERA reached us while looking for a concrete block mold supplier. They wanted to supply molds for the production of 14x39 structural concrete blocks.
We can supply molds to stationary, egg layer , multi-layer concrete block machines.
They had concrete block machines made in China / Qt4 - 15. They wanted molds for this machine. The machine works fast and produces quality concrete blocks. They sent a photo of the concrete block machine.
They chose the model of the hollow block. We determined the technical features of the mold to be made, we made a hollow block mold design We gave a proforma invoice for the hollow block mold. Our mold price has been confirmed. We prepared the necessary technical drawings for manufacturing. Mr. LOPERA checked and approved the technical dimensions. Then they made the down payment and we started production. Our lead time for business was about 30 days. We sent photos during manufacturing. They were eagerly waiting for the mold to be ready. After 35 days, the mold was ready. We gave the mold to the cargo and sent it. The concrete block mold reached COLOMBIA after about 12 days.
They encountered a few minor problems while attaching the mold to the machine. They resolved these problems themselves in just a few hours. They connected the concrete block mold to the machine and started production. Mr. LOPERA sent the working video of the machine. It is very enjoyable to watch our block mold in action.
