Legi company bought HESS RH 1500 VA stationary concrete block machine. HESS concrete block machines are a really good brand. This machine is state of the art. It is a fully automatic machine. It produces very fast and sensitive production.

The technical team of Legi company asked us for a new mold. This is a 19x39x19 interlocking hollow block. This mold was really difficult to manufacture. There were 4 types of concrete blocks in one mold.

We designed the concrete block mold and sent it to them. They checked and approved. We forwarded the price offer to him. They accepted the price and made a deal. We specified the delivery time of the mold as 45 days. Because this was really a difficult pattern to do. It was very precise and detailed. We were able to deliver the mold after 47 days with a delay of 2 days. We are sorry for that. We apologized for this in the company. They understand us.

The mold reached them a few days later. They immediately connected a concrete block machine. They had to produce it quickly. Fortunately, they were able to produce without any problems. They liked the products coming out of the block mold very much. They have an older model machine, HESS branded.

They ordered the same hollow  block mold in that machine, which made us very happy.
