KNAUER 129 A / EGG LAYER CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE   

   

      Mr. Edvin is the corporate director of Almy Company. It reached us from Bosnia and Herzegovina. They were looking for a concrete block mold supplier.There were German made Knauer 129 A concrete block machines. They wanted molds for this machine. This machine is an egg layer concrete block machine. The machine works fast and produces quality concrete blocks. They sent the photo of their machine. This and the Zenith egg layer concrete block machine look alike. It works really well on both machines. 

      They chose the model of the hollow block. We determined the technical features of the mold to be made.We made a hollow block mould design We gave a proforma invoice for the hollow bock mold. Our mold price has been confirmed. We prepared the necessary technical drawings for manufacturing. Mr. Edvin checked and approved the technical measurements. Then they made the down payment and we started production. Our lead time for business was about 45 days. We sent photos during manufacturing. They were eagerly waiting for the mold to be ready. After 40 days the mold was ready.  We gave the mold to the cargo and sent it. 

      The concrete block mold arrived at Almy Company about 10 days later. They put it on the machine and started production. They had no problems and are very satisfied. Mr edvin sent the machine working video. The egg layer concrete block machine was producing hollow concrete blocks. It is very enjoyable to watch our block mold in action. They said they liked our mold very much , they thanked us. They will contact us again when they need molds. We hope they make new orders.
